Attention please:
These are my Terms of Business, springing from previous experience and common sense. Usually this is all that is required. Please read them carefully.
However, on a seperate page you will soon find a translation of the German AGB (Terms of Business) as required in Germany, since this is a German-based business. Mostly they cover the same aspects, but in much more
complicated terms. They do in no way contradict or infringe on the terms stated in the short version below.
§1 Prices are for labour only and do not include taxes. Materials and delivery charges will be billed separately.
§2
After placing your order and conclusion of the design stage I will order the neccessary fabrics and other materials as soon as a deposit to cover the material costs has been made. When the toile fits and before work on the actual garment commences I usually require a second deposit amounting to half the estimated cost for the labour.
§3
I maintain the right of ownership and/or copyright of all documents committed to you in connection with the placement of an order, such as drawings, calculations, samples etc.. If no contract comes about, these documents are to be returned immediately.
§4 When the garment is finished I will make out the final invoice. You are then required to pay the remainder of the bill. Garments will be delivered as soon as the payment is made.

Since almost all of my creations are bespoke, that is tailored to your exact specifications, garments may not be returned for refund. However, if neccessary I will do my utmost to adjust the garment to satisfy your expectations.
§6
Because ordering some of the components or more exotic materials may take time, I plan ahead accordingly and do not take rush orders. Estimates given of the time needed to finish a project can only be rough guidelines.You are therefore advised to order as early as possible and inform me of any deadlines to be met.
